By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:
Service Overview
The Starter Resume Boost includes:
One professionally revised ATS & Government-Ready Resume (focused on one target role)
One Tailored Cover Letter aligned to your selected posting or job title
One Mini Strategy PDF with tips on applying to public service jobs
One round of feedback/revisions
Delivery within 5 business days after all required information is received
This package provides educational and advisory support only — it does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery and quality results, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your education, experience, and career goals.
Your current resume (Word or Google Doc preferred)
Any existing cover letter (optional but helpful)
One specific job posting link or clear target role title
Relevant details (education, certifications, language levels, location, or key achievements)
If you require more time, you may request to hold your spot for up to 5 days by replying to your order confirmation email.
Respond to feedback requests promptly to avoid delivery delays.
Failure to provide complete information may extend your delivery timeline.
Delivery & Communication
All deliverables will be sent electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.
First drafts will be delivered within 5 business days after receiving your materials.
One round of revisions is included and must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your first draft.
Final files (Word and PDF versions) will be sent by email once revisions are complete.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due in full at checkout or through an approved installment plan.
Because this is a personalized, service-based digital product, all sales are final once work has begun.
No work has started within 48 hours of purchase, or
A duplicate payment occurred by error.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule; missed payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
All templates, guides, and materials shared remain the property of Career Mom Chronicles and are for your personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any materials, templates, or guides is strictly prohibited.

We are not a government agency, hiring board, or affiliated body, and our services do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job placement in any public service role.
